Terms of Service for FoxBot

Welcome to FoxBot! By using FoxBot (the “Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting and using FoxBot in your Discord server or interacting with it in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Bot.

2. Usage

  • General: You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms) and Community Guidelines (https://discord.com/guidelines) while using the Bot.
  • Bot Commands: Use the Bot commands in accordance with their intended purpose. Misuse or abuse of commands may result in the removal of the Bot from your server.
  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to:
    • Engage in any activity that may harm, overburden, or impair the Bot’s functionality.
    • Use the Bot to harass, bully, or harm others.
    • Use the Bot for unlawful purposes.

3. Privacy

We respect your privacy. FoxBot collects and stores user data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] (if applicable). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Bot at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. You agree that FoxBot shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Bot.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove access to the Bot from any user or server at any time for violating these ToS or Discord’s terms. Users may also remove the Bot from their server at any time by revoking its permissions.

7. Governing Law
